COVERGIRL Kitty Kat Pearl Line Limited Edition
I was sent these items from Covergirl , of their limited edition line in the Kitty Kat Pearl line. I received 2 out of 4 lipsticks that are in the collection, 1 out of their 4 eyeliners, and 1 out of 2 of their eyeshadow & Highlighter.
First I have to mention that the Covergirl lipsticks , are one of my favorite lipsticks in drugstore. I like the feel, the smooth creamy and pigmented application, they wear really nice. Not to mention gorgeous colors!! Here are the two they sent me of the 4 they have in the limited edition collection.

First is the shade called Purrty In Pink, I love the name of it as from the name of a favorite Movie for me that came out in the 80's " Pretty In Pink"
Gorgeous soft pearl pink, that is perfect to give a nice youthful look to us woman in our 40's. I always feel a soft pink does that, gives a youthful look, and the pearl I like as it gives a more plump look effect.
Next Shade is REDdy To Pounce
A beautiful vivid orange shade, as I did step outside of the box on this one. I am not always someone who grabs orange tones, but I was impressed and happy to see it looked good on me. Of course the color slowly goes off while eating, or drinking as with most lipsticks.

Next Up eyeliner and this shade is a shade of color I love to wear a lot, for it is very flattering on my eyes.
Shade is called Purrmaid
This is a gorgeous shade of Emerald green tone or teal, and those shades I love to wear in the waterline and lower lash area. It gives a nice pop of color, also makes the white of the eyes look more brighter and white. This wore till I took off my makeup, and I wore it for about 9hrs worth. Pretty good.. gets a thumbs up from me for lasting that long in the waterline. Price for the Eyeliners are $8.99
And Last but not least is the Eyeshadow & Highlighter, it is a cream base in a small pot type container. Honestly it reminds me of the Color Tattoo's from Maybelline, the consistency does as well. But the one difference for me was the application, and lasting of this item.
Shade I got was called Tigers Eye
It is a gorgeous golden shade, I have worn it on my eyelids and also on my cheekbone area. As well as along the bridge of my nose and anywhere one likes to highlight them-self. Here is some pictures I took wearing it along my cheekbone , as well as the lower brow area, and bridge of my nose. Price for these shadow/highlighter are $8.99
You can see the glow along on my cheekbone, and it did last me the whole day. When I used on my eyelids the one day, I added a nice Matte brown shade for in the crease, again lasted the whole day. And it didn't seem to crease on me neither, which was a plus.
Over all I really like this collection, and would totally say give them a go and try. But hurry while supplies last, as it is a Limited Edition. Are you thinking of getting anything from the line?
