Lorac Pro Contour & Highlight Palette

Let's Talk about Contour & Highlight Palettes it seems their everywhere you look now, and it can get over whelming to say the least. Being new to the whole Contouring itself, and learning as i go i just wasn't sure in which palette i was going to get? If even getting one at all, or was it worth it?

I have become a lover of a lot of Lorac products their eyeshadow Palettes, Blushes, lipsticks & gloss. So when i heard they were coming out with a Contour Highlight palette, i felt right away the urge to pick this one up. I mean their pigment for me has always been very impressive, very nice soft butter feel to the touch. 

And let me tell you.. This Palette is no exception when it comes to those qualities i so love from Lorac, you have some light shades and deep shades for the contour. And for your highlights there is a Beige tone, yellow tone, and your shimmer highlight. 

For the Contour shades they have worked really great for my Pale to light skin tone, the medium shade works great for the contouring of the cheek area. I also was surprised i loved the deep shade in along with it for their at times, and the light shade i felt worked best for me along my nose area. Highlight shades i liked using the beige and yellow highlight for under the eye are to set, and at times the yellow i did use as a basic highlight for around the cheek area. For the shimmer shade i did use for inner corner, below the brow area , and all those areas i wanted to be highlighted. The shimmer shade i would say is really great for those who do want some shimmer highlight, but not over done in shimmer where it is like disco ball glow. 

The Palette is sleek as like their Pro eyeshadow palettes, great for travel and comes with a nice FULL SIZE contour brush,  what a bonus in this kit for a first time purchase with contour highlight palettes. The price for this is $45, and  that is a GREAT Price!! Most all of the other palettes i know don't included the contour brush , so overall i give it a thumbs up along with a rating of a #9.
